Purchasing & Refunding

Products purchased through NATCOM are refundable and are fully guaranteed for 30 days. During this period they can also be exchanged or replaced for the exact same product in case of product defect or malfunctioned delivery or download for digital downloadable products. After this period there are no-refunds, they are non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for any reason.

Course Deposits (non refundable) will secure a discounted rate when paid according to “Early Bird” rates. After these dates full prices apply.

NATCOM reserves the right to change the dates and /or content of its courses if it considers it in the best interests of the students. Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended.
