(This course is taken into consideration towards full practitioner courses as Hypnotherapy Practitioner or NLP Practitioner)

This workshop sets out to give you a basic understanding of what Hypnosis and NLP are, and goes on to give you the necessary skills to apply them to yourself.

You will have the opportunity to learn and become familiar with some of the skills of Hypnosis and NLP, that can assist you in achieving your goal of self empowerment.

• You will practice and refine these self empowerment skills
• You will be shown how to assimilate them so that they become:  a natural part of your life
• Please note personal communication is one skill which we use every day and
• most people find their communication skills can be improved in many areas.
• It is a fact that our lives are improved by our communication skills for
  example our income and personal relationships.Many other areas of our  lives can be improved by these skills in communication.
