This workshop sets out to give you a basic understanding of the mind and neuroplasticity, and goes on to give you the necessary skills to apply them to yourself.

You will have the opportunity to learn and become familiar with a set of life skills that will assist you in achieving your goals and self-empowerment in many areas such as relationships.

You will practice and refine these self-empowerment skills.

You will be shown how to assimilate them so that they become:  a natural part (habit) of your life.

Allows you to gain access to those unconscious/subconscious areas of your mind.
